Every event project comes with different formats, timelines and production conditions. Our process stays flexible in structure, but clear in direction.

We stay close to implementation and build event visuals that hold together beyond the first presentation.

HOW PROJECTS MOVE

Good event ideas are not the hard part.

The hard part is making them work across formats, deadlines, technical requirements and changing production realities.

That is why our process is built to stay clear from the start — and usable all the way to rollout.

We do not separate concept from execution.

We treat them as part of the same design responsibility.

EXPANDED PROCESS

We define the scope, formats, timeline, technical context and production requirements before design starts.

The goal is not to over-plan everything.

It is to understand what the event needs to do, where the design will live and what conditions it has to work within.

Brief & constraints

We create the key visual and set the direction for the event’s visual language.

At this stage, we focus on structure as much as style — so the concept can move beyond a single image and work across the full project.

Concept & direction

We translate the concept into a usable visual system that works across stage, venue, print, digital and branded touchpoints.

This is where design starts becoming operational: layouts, hierarchies, assets, rules and formats begin to form a working whole.

System development

We prepare the required formats, refine technical details and adapt assets to real applications and environments.

That includes production-ready files, format variations and adjustments needed for implementation under real conditions.

Adaptation & production

When needed, we stay involved during implementation to help the system remain clear and consistent in execution.

That may include communication with production teams, venue partners or external suppliers, depending on the project.

HOW COLLABORATION WORKS

Consistency under pressure

We build visual systems that can survive changing requirements and tight timelines.

Flexible structure

The process adapts to the project, but clarity stays the same.

Production-aware design

Design decisions are made with real formats, environments and execution in mind.

Direct communication

You work directly with the people shaping the project.

What we usually need to get started

To get started, we usually need a clear view of the project context — not a perfect brief.

If not everything is defined yet, that is fine.

Part of the process is helping structure what needs to happen first.

• event context
• scope and formats
• timeline
• technical requirements
• existing brand guidelines
• partner or sponsor requirements
• production constraints, if already known

Where we fit best

We work best on projects that need more than isolated assets — especially when visual communication has to scale across multiple formats, stakeholders and production conditions.

That includes festivals, brand activations, cultural projects and live experiences where consistency matters as much as the first impression.
