CONTEXT
TikTok For You Summit Central Europe 2024 took place at the Polish History Museum in Warsaw. The event brought together creators, agencies and platform representatives in a venue defined by large-scale architecture, multiple circulation zones and high visitor flow. The visual system had to work across physical and digital touchpoints — as brand expression, spatial communication and part of the live event experience.

PRODUCTION INSIGHT
The system had to remain legible within a monumental museum interior already shaped by strong material contrast, long sightlines and heavy architectural presence. At the same time, it needed to stay visually consistent across very different formats — from large-scale spatial elements and stage applications to directional signage and a digital quiz interface. Each touchpoint had to feel part of one coherent event language rather than a set of disconnected executions.
RESULT
The final implementation created a cohesive visual layer across stage, entrance, circulation and interactive touchpoints, helping visitors navigate the event while reinforcing TikTok’s presence throughout the venue.
